Club - RA, this is a business club Russia - Africa and the Middle East East.

We have opened a new dimension of business cooperation between countries and continents. 

Now all projects and cooperation between our company and business partners from the Club are becoming transparent to all parties, regardless of the country and location. 

The Club - RA establishes clear principles and equal conditions for cooperation between business partners for everyone.

A new dimension of cooperation is aimed at effective work and minimizing costs between business partners when entering the markets of Russia, Africa and the Middle East.

 

PRINCIPLES OF COOPERATION

  1. An official request for cooperation is sent to our email address club-ra@icc-r.com .  Next, an offline meeting (for Russia), or an online meeting (for countries in Africa and the Middle East).
  2. Coordination of the parameters of cooperation, (data on the product of production or data of the requested product, the estimated amount of investment for the implementation of the contract or the estimated volume and amount for the purchase of the products of interest from the partner.

  3. Signing of the contract in electronic and printed form. Exchange of contracts by mail or a direct visit to the customer's office.

  4. Placement of the customer's materials on the RA-Connect information page, further development of the RA-Connect information hub page.
  5. Search for a partner in one of the countries of the Club-RA.

  6. Connecting the customer and the Club's partners directly.

  7. Support of partners for the entire period of cooperation, until the conclusion of the first contract.

TERMS OF COOPERATION

  1. An agreement with "ICC" LLC for a period of 1 year.

  2. Conclusion of contracts only with legal entities.
  3. Monthly payment for the services of the concluded contract (the specified amount in the contract, divided by 12 months).

  4. The cost of services is the same for all members of the Club, regardless of the partner's country and the location of the partner's company. For club members from Russia, 100 thousand Russian rubles for monthly payment, for countries of Africa and the Middle East, 1 thousand euros (or the equivalent amount in Chinese Yuan) for monthly payment.

  5. Participation in the RA-Connect information page.                            Text information about the customer's product is entered on the RA-Connect page for free, included in the cost of services.  The introduction of informational photographic materials with a detailed description on the RA-Connect page is not included in the cost of the contract services. The customer, by an additional agreement to the existing contract, can make an additional payment for the service, if it was not previously specified in the contract. For club members from Russia, 10 thousand Russian rubles per unit of production at a time, for countries in Africa and the Middle East, 100 euros (or the equivalent amount in Chinese Yuan) per unit of production at a time.  Photographic materials of the products with a detailed description are provided by the customer in electronic form by e-mail ra-connect@icc-r.com .

  6. Upon the conclusion(signing) of the contract(s) between the members of the RA-Club participating in the RA-Connect information page, the parties pay a bonus for the RA-Connect. The bonus is paid by the customer from each contract.

  7. The RA-Connect bonus is paid by one of the parties to the contract. The minimum bonus amount is 5%, the maximum is 15% of the contract amount. The amount of the bonus is determined by the corresponding clause of the agreement between the member of the Club- RA and "ICC" LLC.

  8. Early termination of the agreement, only after the conclusion of the contract between the partners of the Club-RA participating in the RA-Connect information page, or after the expiration of the main agreement of the Club-RA participant and "ICC" LLC.

  9. Prolongation of the contract for participation in the Club - RA, 1 time per year.

  10. Payment under the agreement is made by transferring funds to the settlement account of "ICC" LLC.

  11. Payment currency : Russian Ruble, Chinese Yuan.
